Job Description

The Government of Punjab is looking for the Deputy Manager Feed Mill (PPS-8) to lead the feed mill management and production to produce the best quality animal feed. The incumbent will be responsible to lead day to day production unit. Monitor the performance of machinery, quality , and safety. This position involves having responsibility for plant operations, personnel, and resources, including raw materials and plant equipment. Maintenance Scheduling, work order managing, technical fault fixing, daily work supported smooth running of the work. Moreover, the Deputy Manager will keep records of production, write reports, and meet with government regulations and the industry code of practice. This position is best suited to individuals with experience in industrial plants, feed mills, or manufacturing operation.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Applicants with relevant experience (around 5–8 years) in feed mill operations, industrial plants, or production management will be preferred.

The age limit is 30 to 45 years, with relaxation as per the Punjab Government rules. Candidates should also have basic knowledge of feed mill machinery, production processes, and maintenance, along with good management and communication skills.
