The Punjab Government invites applications for the post of Manager Procurement & Contracts (PPS-9) in Lahore under a Project Management Unit (PMU). It is a contract nature opportunity for experienced professionals in procurement, contract management, and supply chain best practices. Strong candidates who have led procurement processes, vendor management, and contract execution are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria


The following criteria shall apply to candidates who wish to apply for the post of Manager Procurement & Contracts (PPS-9):

The applicants should have 16+ years of education in relevant fields like Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Law, Economics, or Project Management from a HEC-recognized university. Preference will be given to the candidates holding additional qualifications in the area of procurement or contract management.

Experience in procurement and contract management should be a minimum of 5 to 7 years post-qualification. Experience involving procurement of goods and services, drafting of bidding documents, vendor management, and contract administration is essential. Experience in the public sector or government projects is an added advantage.

Applicants should have a solid understanding of the procurement rules and regulations (PPRA) and must also be good at negotiation, analytical & communication skills.

The age limit for this post is usually 35 to 50 Years, but that can vary depending on the department.
